The National Crime and Punishment Learning Center (NCPLC) is an IRS certified 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. NCPLC has no political agenda and was established to provide free information on the most common crimes and their punishments in each state. The center is unique in its dedicated endeavor to accomplish this task by providing information to bridge the gap between the legal justice system and the American People. The center provides this accurate information free to the general public in each state annually through charts, which list over 150 misdemeanor and felony crimes and their maximum punishments, fines, and potential jail or prison time.

The primary targets for these charts are all middle, junior high, high schools and colleges in each state as well as YMCAs, Boys and Girls Clubs, and Boy and Girl Scout Troops, S.A.D.D. and M.A.D.D. chapters and various other youth oriented organizations. The chart is a powerful learning tool and crime determent by educating the youth of America to the punishment associated with crime.

Secondary targets for the chart are all local and state courthouses, police, sheriff, and highway patrol departments. All acquired information for the chart is provided by various state agencies, courts, and law enforcement departments and paid for by various sponsors who share a like vision in regard to educating American citizens to their state laws, whose support we are indeed thankful for.
